The Opportunity
The HV Contracts Manager will lead and grow the HV business in Aberdeen, managing project delivery, client relationships, and ensuring a continuous pipeline of work while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead HV operations and ensure compliance with safety and company standards
* Manage P&L, budgets, cash flow, orders, and forecasting
* Define project scope, allocate resources, and implement controls
* Identify and develop HV/LV business opportunities, prepare quotations, and deliver tenders
* Set goals, coach staff, and support the Operations Manager
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong HV/LV engineering knowledge and commercial acumen
* Experience managing P&L, budgets, and business development
* Minimum 5 years’ experience managing an engineering business
* Higher qualification in Electrical Engineering desirable
* IOSH / SMSTS or equivalent H&S qualification
