Fernside Hall is a 24 bedded service, providing exceptional support to individuals with dementia and Physical disability. Fernside Hall is a beautiful, residential care home for adults with a relaxed, family feel to the home. We are located in Halifax’s Manor Heath / Savile Park area, a few miles from the town centre.
We are looking for compassionate and skilled Team Leader to help our residents lead fulfilling lives and achieve their personal goals.
What you’ll be Doing
* Oversee daily operations of the care home
* Lead and support a team of care staff
* Ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulations
* Develop and implement care plans
* Manage staff schedules and training
* Foster a positive and inclusive environment
What You’ll Need
* At least 2-3 + years’ experience as a Team Leader in a care home.
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Knowledge of learning disabilities, mental health conditions, complex needs, autism and challenging behaviours
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Minimum of NVQ2 in Health and Social Care
* Must be fully flexible
