CCTV Rig Leader – Water and Drainage Division (Winchester, Hampshire)

FM Conway is looking for a CCTV Rig Leader to join our Water and Drainage division. This is a full‑time, permanent position with a mixture of day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out CCTV surveys of drainage systems and analyse pipe conditions to produce high‑quality drainage reports.
• Monitor and manage ground‑level staff and CCTV operations.
• Deliver a high standard of survey reporting.
• Monitor the fully coordinated programme of works.
• Keep accurate records.
• Work as part of a team, liaising directly with customers and managers to discuss findings, organise work onsite and proactively resolve queries/issues.
• Occasionally enter confined spaces.

Qualifications and Skills

• OS19X/MCSS4 or equivalent.
• Current CSCS card.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in drainage work; experience with confined space is preferable but not essential.
