Role Overview
You’ll be part of the Slough cluster, covering areas like Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead, Marlow, High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross. You’ll be out on the road in your local area, working through a clearly planned schedule of appointments – no reactive callouts, just organised, pre‑booked work where you can focus on doing the job properly.
Responsibilities
* Carry out routine servicing.
* Perform diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment.
* Conduct in‑depth repairs normally completed in a workshop.
* Provide member advice and recommendations based on inspection.
* Carry out vehicle safety checks aligned to RAC standards.

Qualifications
* Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
* Minimum 2 years experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Compensation and Working Hours
* A competitive base salary of £45,378 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable), with on-target earnings of up to £57,000.
* Guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
* Full-time 40-hour week (Monday-Saturday availability, 8:30am-5:00pm core hours, plus one Saturday per four).
