We’re looking for an ambitious, people-driven Sales Specialist ready to make a big impact. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, building long-term customer relationships, and growing professionally in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Drive sales growth – defining commercial strategy (value-based pricing), submitting quotes, negotiating with customers and securing business.
* Own customer relationships – from first contact to order receipt and ongoing account support.
* Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering) to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
* Support contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and deal structuring.
* Lead with influence, setting a high standard for collaboration, accountability, and performance.
* Ensure customer satisfaction, by providing timely responses and follow-up and offering tailor-made proposals.

Qualifications

Required:

* Experience in sales, business development, or account management where negotiation and relationship-building were key.
* Ability to manage customer or supplier accounts and create win-win outcomes.
* Good financial understanding - pricing, margins, risk management.
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems .

Nice to Have:

* Experience working in cross-functional teams .
* Background in aerospace or technical industries .

Education:

* A degree in Business, Aerospace, Procurement, Engineering, or related fields is preferred - but equivalent experience is welcome.
