Jackson Hogg is supporting a growing project engineering business with the appointment of a Purchasing Manager. The company delivers projects across the UK, Europe, and Asia, and is expanding its capabilities and supply chain. The role seeks a dynamic Procurement professional to join the team.
About the Role
This is a newly created position due to growth. As Purchasing Manager, you will join a collaborative team, playing a key role in operational and strategic procurement activities.
Your responsibilities include developing a procurement function that sources goods and services on time, within budget, and to high standards. The role involves managing supplier relationships, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and driving continuous procurement improvements.
You will lead a small team, support high-value tenders, and contribute to business functions like project planning, financial forecasting, and post-project reviews.
What You’ll Bring
Solid procurement experience, preferably from heavy engineering or construction, with success in managing supply chain operations end-to-end.
