Founded in late '19, we are a US-focused (London-based) construction, mid-senior level search firm partnering with companies ranging from $50m specialty contractors to Fortune 500 giants who build some of the largest projects globally.
As we continue to push forward with our growth plans, we're looking to hire either a part-time (flexible) or full-time marketing executive.
What do we think the role will entail:
Lead strategy & execute on:
* Email Marketing: Sending targeted emails to prospects and customers to promote products, share news, provide updates, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
* Branding & Identity: Creating and maintaining a distinct brand identity, including brand messaging, visual elements, and brand positioning strategies.
* Content Marketing: Creating and distributing valuable, relevant content to attract and engage a target audience. Content marketing aims to drive profitable customer action.
* Copywriting: Oversee the entire company's content strategy.
Who we are looking for:
Education: A marketing or related degree is preferred but not required.
Experience & Skills:
We are open to hiring an ambitious graduate and supporting you with an external marketing advisor, or someone with marketing experience. We are more focused on finding the right person.

* Working knowledge of graphic design software.
* Persuasive communication, both orally and in writing.
* Knowledge of marketing analytics tools (such as Instapage, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.)
