Vehicle Technician – Oxford

Competitive basic salary ranging from £32,000 to £36,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications
On-target earnings of £45,000+ per year, with performance-related bonuses

Servicing and maintaining a variety of vehicle makes and models, ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer standards
Diagnosing complex faults using advanced diagnostic tools and software
Conducting electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in accordance with company protocols
Carrying out repairs, including warranty and repair work, with a focus on quality and efficiency
Supporting less experienced team members, including Apprentice Vehicle Technicians, where applicable
Supporting electric vehicle maintenance and hydraulic repairs if qualified
Maintaining accurate job documentation and digital write-upsRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Qualification to IMI/NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair at minimum
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Strong team ethic with a willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues
Ability to produce high-quality workmanship in a busy dealership environment
Motivated to meet team targets and deliver excellent customer service
An active MOT licence is advantageous but not essential
