Production Engineer – Milton Keynes Salary: £42,000–£45,000 The Role You will act as a technical link between engineering and production, ensuring that manufacturing processes are robust, safe, and optimised for quality and output. Typical responsibilities include: Developing and implementing production processes, tooling, and standard work. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across lean manufacturing, quality, and throughput. Providing technical guidance to production teams and liaising closely with design and engineering.
