Offer description

Product Manager – Digital

Perch Group is recruiting for a Product Manager – Digital who can turn complex customer needs into simple, seamless online journeys that empower consumers and drive real business impact.

Our vision is to lead the UK debt purchase and collection industry by harnessing cutting‑edge technology to drive ethical, efficient, and data‑driven debt resolution.

Our mission is to empower hundreds of thousands of customers to positively engage with and resolve their outstanding debts through a customer‑centric approach.

The role’s vision

Deliver simple, fast, data‑driven, and frictionless online journeys that empower consumers to manage their accounts with ease. Every interaction should feel intuitive and seamless, yet fully compliant, using data and affordability insights to provide the right support at the right stage of the customer journey.

What will your day‑to‑day look like?

As Product Manager – Digital, you’ll own the strategy and delivery of our consumer web experience, turning it into journeys that are effortless, compliant, and high‑impact.

* Focus on B2C digital journeys, helping customers make payments, manage their accounts, and access support quickly and intuitively.
* Partner daily with MDs, C‑suite leaders, agencies, and agile squads, guiding discovery, design, and delivery while balancing creativity, data insights, and regulatory needs.
* Use analytics and user research to optimise conversion, reduce friction, and continuously improve online experiences.
* Shape digital products that deliver better customer outcomes and create measurable value for the business.

The ideal candidate

Required Skills & Experience

* Experience as a Digital Product Manager focused on consumer websites and online journeys.
* Proven delivery working with digital agencies, designers, and engineering teams.
* Strong skills in analytics, conversion optimisation, and user research.
* Knowledge of CMS platforms, content workflows, and web best practices.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
* Ability to turn business goals into clear product plans and roadmaps.
* Background in financial services, regulated sectors, or multi‑brand environments.
* Understanding of accessibility, SEO, and performance optimisation.
* Experience building integrated consumer journeys (eg portals, account tools).
* Familiarity with Agile delivery.

We’re Looking for Someone Who

* Solves customer problems with thoughtful, data‑driven solutions.
* Shows integrity, accountability, and strong ethics.
* Blends creativity with analytical thinking.
* Thrives working across multiple brands and websites.
* Builds trust quickly with stakeholders.
* Is passionate about improving digital consumer experiences.

The Application Timeline

* A first stage 15‑minute video call with the internal talent acquisition team.
* A teams or face‑to‑face interview with the hiring manager (max 60 minutes).

Typically, the average successful applicant will be within this timeline for 2–3 weeks. Please note we will close this role once we have enough applications for the next stages, so you should submit your application ASAP to avoid disappointment.

If you do not receive a response after 3 weeks of applying, please assume you have been unsuccessful due to high volume of applications.

Why you should be excited to apply

* £60,000 – £80,000 DOE + up to 20% of your annual salary, paid as a bonus.
* This hybrid role is based at our Manchester Spinningfields office, a premium workspace located in the heart of Manchester’s commercial hub with regular social events planned. Free coffee bar and beer tap available.
* 37.5 hours per week. Flexible and hybrid working between core hours 8 am‑6 pm, Monday‑Friday.
* The opportunity to complete formal qualifications and learn on the job in a successful, growing organisation.
* …and many more benefits to support your wellbeing and professional development.
