Key Accountabilities: · Carry out planned and scheduled maintenance. · Quick respond to break downs, fault finding both electrical and mechanical. · Perform regular inspections including lubricating, adjusting, and replacing components. · Performs safety checks to protect both equipment operators and the plant. · Identify and fix issues such as faulty wiring, broken fixtures or malfunctioning equipment. · Replacements of consumable items, such as filters, belts, or lubricants, · Testing and calibration of instruments to maintain accuracy and liability. · Keep up to date maintenance record including booking parts. · Managing cleaning crew prior or during maintenance. Health & Safety · Responsible for safe working environment ensuring meet H&S standards. · Assists in the implementation of H&S policies and procedures. - Compliance and Continuous Improvement · Abide by and support the company’s environmental and quality management procedures. · Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that develop team performance.
