As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll run your own business within the business. You’ll build your market, win new clients, and close deals across Europe. What You’ll Be Doing: Owning and growing your own specialist recruitment market Building client relationships through outbound sales and business development Sourcing and qualifying top candidates in high demand industries Managing the full recruitment cycle from first call to deal closure Building your personal brand and reputation within your market Every deal you close means commission directly in your pocket.
