Your new role
As an Associate Director within the Private Client Tax team, you will take a strategic andmercial approach to managing and developing client relationships while leading exciting and varied advisory projects. You’ll ensure a high-quality service to a range of clients and manage a team, including reviewing work, providing training and development, and maintaining a positive and inclusive culture aligned with our values.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading advisory and technical projects for private clients
2. Managing and developing client relationships, acting as the first point of contact for new opportunities
3. Collaborating with partners to develop new business and build on existing relationships
4. Mentoring and developing junior team members
5. Overseeingpliance and advisory projects, ensuring quality and efficiency
6. Working closely with other departments to deliver a joined-up service
What you'll need to succeed
7. CTA and/or ACA qualification (or equivalent experience)
8. Strong understanding of tax issues relating to private clients
9. Proven experience in client handling and project management
10. Ability to lead advisory projects and deliver high-quality reports within budget
11. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
12. Experience managing a portfolio of personal taxpliance and advisory projects
13. A passion for mentoring and developing junior staff
