We are looking for a permanent, confident, friendly and responsible FOH Breakfast Waiting Team Member to run our breakfast service, often working independently. You'll play a key role delivering a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests each morning, Monday - Friday 7am till 10.30am, ensuring high standards whether working alone or as part of a team. Qualifications
As a member of our Bar & Waiting Staff, you will…
* Set up the dining area and breakfast buffet before opening.
* Open the restaurant doors promptly at 7.30am and welcome guests warmly.
* Take guests orders in a professional, friendly and timely manner.
* Deliver food efficiently, ensuring all orders are correct and presented well.
* Regularly check and top up breakfast buffet items, keeping the area clean and well stocked.
* Process payments accurately using the till system.
* Anticipate guests needs and respond quickly to requests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
* Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a tidy and inviting dining environment.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all FOH areas.
* Communicate effectively with kitchen to ensure a smooth service.
* Assist with closing down the breakfast area at the end of the shift.
What you’ll bring…
* Previous experience in a similar front-of-house or customer-facing role preferred.
