We are looking for a motivated Ecommerce Executive to support the day-to-day management of our growing portfolio of Shopify stores.
Reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Manager, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in ecommerce. You will help ensure our websites are accurate, well merchandised and deliver a strong customer experience, while supporting campaigns, product launches and ongoing trading activity.
Key responsibilities include supporting the management of multiple Shopify stores, assisting with product uploads and product data, updating website content for campaigns and promotions, and supporting onsite merchandising such as collections and navigation. The role will also involve supporting onsite SEO best practice, helping maintain a high-quality customer journey, identifying usability issues, and assisting with basic ecommerce reporting and administration.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience working with Shopify
* Understanding of ecommerce merchandising principles
* Basic knowledge of SEO
* Experience with product setup and content management
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Comfortable managing tasks across multiple websites
This role would suit someone who is organised, proactive and keen to develop their ecommerce skills in a fast-paced environment.
Salary is £35 000 - £38 000 depending on experience.
