About Stockwell Road: Just five minutes from Pembroke Dock with its magnificent Norman castle and with stunning views of the Cleddau Estuary, Stockwell Road offers a peaceful home for up to four adults from the age of 18.The home’s four double bedrooms extend over three floors with a large lounge, kitchen and dining area providing communal spaces to socialise and to practice life skills. There are gardens and a horticulture area with outdoor seating too. Stockwell Road is a welcoming specialist home that offers a balance of learning, leisure and life skills, and a place that puts adults at the centre of their own progression pathway. Position: Support Worker As a Support Worker at Stockwell Road, you will play a crucial role in the lives of our people, supporting their daily activities, additional needs, and personal development. You will work closely with a magnificent team including therapists and other support workers to create a nurturing and inclusive environment. Responsibilities:
1. Provide personalised care to each person in their daily activities, including personal care, learning and social interactions.
2. Foster a safe and positive environment, ensuring the emotional and physical well-being of each person.
3. Implement individualised care plans, under the guidance of an incredibly supportive senior team.
4. Support our people during recreational activities, outings and community integration.
5. Collaborate with the wider team to maintain accurate records and documentation.
6. Promote independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our people, celebrating their achievements and milestones.
