Overview
LSH Auto UK Limited invites applications for the position of Business Development Manager - Vans in the West Yorkshire area. You will drive sales and foster strong customer relationships within the van division. Your focus will be identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and developing strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence in the van sector.
Base pay and hours
Hours - 40
Salary - £34,591 basic plus OTE bonus £48,000 plus company car
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the van market
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
* Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize product offerings and promotions
* Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform strategy
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development or sales within the automotive industry, preferably with vans
* Strong understanding of the van market and customer needs
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
* Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
* A valid UK driving licence is essential
