They are growing fast and looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive expansion across their UK team. If you’re commercially savvy, passionate about fintech innovation and already plugged into the payments or ERP ecosystem, we want to hear from you.

* Competitive base salary of up to circa £70,000 (d.o.e)
* Uncapped Commission – Paying 7.5% on new business GP

Responsibilities
* Drive new business across the UK territory, targeting mid-market and enterprise-level clients.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders across finance, IT, and operations.
* Develop and close opportunities in verticals such as utilities, telecoms, financial services, and other high-volume billing environments.
* Engage with channel partners including ERP vendors, system integrators, and payment providers.
* Deliver compelling demos, proposals, and business cases in collaboration with our product and pre-sales teams.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in B2B sales – ideally in SaaS, payments, ERP, or accounts receivable tech.
* An understanding of the billing, invoicing or payments space, either from working within it or selling into it.
* A strong network across the UK fintech, payment or enterprise tech landscape is highly desirable.
* Excellent consultative selling skills with a hunter mentality and strong pipeline discipline.
* Comfortable working autonomously in a high-growth, remote-first environment.
