Job Description
Please note this is a 12 Month FTC.
Support the NEC Digital Studio business and the wider NEC SWS brand in customer acquisition and retention, including within Health and Public Sector Digital Transformation.
As a Marketing Manager, You'll Need To
* Create and develop customer acquisition programs focusing on User Centred Design and Digital Transformation across public sector organizations including Health, Justice, and Central Government.
* Communicate with target audiences and promote UCD capacity and training.
* Implement marketing campaigns such as advertising, direct marketing, digital media, and media relations to drive new business and client retention for NEC.
* Collaborate with creative agencies to design marketing materials like brochures and adverts to promote NEC Digital, including training, service design, and user-centred research.
* Write and proofread marketing copy.
* Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts.
* Oversee content creation for NEC Digital UCD and training-focused social media channels.
* Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions.
* Distribute marketing materials effectively.
* Conduct market research using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
* Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
And With Support, You'll Need To
* Support the development and implementation of a communication strategy for wider NECSWS, focusing on Health and Justice activities.
* Manage stakeholder expectations.
* Track marketing performance and ROI; prepare monthly management reports.
* Monitor and report on competitor activity.
* Lead external agencies for events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials, and online activities.
Qualifications
To be successful, you will need:
* The ability to ‘hit the ground running’.
* Experience in Public Sector Marketing, particularly in Health, Justice, or Technology.
* Proven experience as a senior marketing manager.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with B2B lead generation techniques.
* Success in improving ROI.
* Self-starter with ownership skills.
* Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent communication skills.
