JOB PURPOSE: ● Support the Assistant Director to develop and implement the Council's overall transformation programme, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and national best practice to deliver for residents. ● Provide strategic direction and oversight to a portfolio of transformation projects and programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards ● Champion and embed effective change management methodologies and practices across the Council to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of transformation outcomes and a culture of innovation. ● Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of transformation professionals, including Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Change Managers supporting them to deliver as part of multi-disciplinary teams with colleagues across the council. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Chief Executive, Corporate Leadership Team and Directors, Mayor and Cabinet to ensure buy-in and a one council approach to transformation...
