What You'll Be Doing
* Leading audits from planning to completion for a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors
* Reviewing audit work to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high professional standards
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients during engagements, handling queries promptly and effectively
* Supervising, training, and mentoring audit juniors and seniors, supporting their development
* Preparing statutory accounts and drafting financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP
* Managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient delivery of assignments
* Identifying opportunities to add value through advisory services and improved client processes
* Working closely with senior leadership to support business development and practice growth
About You
* ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist) with recent UK practice experience
* Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting (UK GAAP)
* Proven ability to lead audits from planning to completion
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* Experience in mentoring and developing team members
* Organised, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
* Commercial awareness and the ability to identify value-adding opportunities for clients
