About the role:
If successful, you will work alongside our MDT, formulating treatment plans, and conducting daily risk and mental state assessments for patients with various mental health diagnoses.
You will lead on patient admissions and discharges, liaising with community mental health services, families, carers, and other third parties.
We seek a nurse who will work holistically with service users to ensure excellent, patient-centered care, aiming for safe community discharges.

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct personal care without supervision and coordinate care with colleagues.
You will deliver high-quality, safe nursing care, adhering to the NMC code of conduct.
Your role includes leading comprehensive assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating person-centered care collaboratively. You will coordinate physical health assessments, uphold service users' rights, supervise junior staff and students, and maintain accurate records in a safe, therapeutic environment.
Band 5 nursing roles are open only to staff with a nursing registration recognized by the NMC.
