We now have an opportunity for a Maintenance Co-ordinator to work closely and collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust and externally to drive improvements and offer a first-class service to our customers handling repairs and co-ordination of various work streams. This will include complex emails, damp and mould job updates and complaint handling. To be successful in this role you will have experience of working within a responsive repairs and/or planned repairs contract.
