About the Role
Providing high support accommodation, with options for tailored, specialist provision; onsite activity and multiagency support, this service will be a genuine place of opportunity. You will be part of a team, tasked with developing, shaping and evaluating the service to meet the unique needs and aspirations of clients, including those who are actively using substances, have a dual diagnosis or mental health conditions or have experienced multiple exclusions from services.

What Were Looking For Right to work in the UK
Minimum 6 months UK care experience
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
Experience working with in vulnerable populations, including those affected by homelessness, trauma, substance use, or mental health challenges.
