About the Role:
This position will be based at Activate Centre in Slough (SL1 3QW). As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver engaging and effective lessons to KS4 learners, helping them improve their maths skills and build the confidence needed to succeed in their studies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and assess Maths lessons to KS4 students, with a focus on students with high behavioural needs, SEN, and SEMH.
* Develop tailored lesson plans and resources to meet the individual needs of each learner.
* Create a positive, engaging, and motivating learning environment that encourages student growth and achievement.
* Provide regular feedback and monitor student progress, offering support where needed to help them overcome challenges.
* Work closely with other staff members to create a collaborative approach to teaching and learning.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Maths Teacher with experience teaching KS4 learners (unqualified candidates will also be considered).
* Ability to manage difficult behaviours and work effectively with students who have SEN and SEMH.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with challenging students.
* Passion for teaching and helping young people succeed in their studies and personal development.
* A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
