Talent Acquisition Manager – £50,000 + Car Allowance

Are you ready to lead a high-impact talent acquisition function? We're looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to shape our recruitment approach, manage a skilled team, and deliver exceptional results across high-volume and specialist hiring.

This is a senior role with real influence. You'll own the recruitment strategy, partner with senior leaders, and ensure we attract the best talent to drive our business forward.

Oversee high-volume campaigns and specialist searches, ensuring speed and quality.

Partner with Senior Leaders
Build strong relationships to understand needs and influence decisions.

Champion Employer Brand
Promote our culture through social media, events, and creative campaigns.

Pipeline Development
Use innovative sourcing methods to build talent pools for current and future needs.

Measure and Improve
Track recruitment metrics, report insights, and refine processes for better results.

About You

Proven experience managing recruitment teams and strategies

Expertise in high-volume and specialist hiring

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

Commercial awareness and ability to align talent plans with business objectives

Tech-savvy with recruitment systems and social sourcing

Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
