🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Speak with candidates daily, identifying and matching top talent to specific client needs within the Industrial and Hospitality sectors
*
Maintain regular contact with Assignees, ensuring satisfaction and logging feedback appropriately
*
Keep candidate records up to date and input all communication into our database accurately
*
Source and select candidates using various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and print advertising
*
Ensure all candidates are compliant with our Quality Systems, with all necessary documentation completed
*
Provide detailed job briefings and inductions to Assignees before placement
*
Collaborate closely with the recruitment team and escalate new business leads as appropriate
*
Commit to any training required for personal or professional development
