The Role As Radiology Manager, you will: Lead and manage the radiology team to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality imaging services Ensure compliance with Ionising Radiation (Medical Exposure) Regulations (IR(ME)R) and all clinical governance standards Drive service improvement initiatives, including audits, quality assurance, and policy development Oversee departmental budgets and resources, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with hospital business plans Provide strong leadership, coaching, and support to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment Maintain patient safety and excellent standards of care, ensuring informed consent and promoting equality and diversity Act as an ambassador for Spire Healthcare, communicating effectively with patients, colleagues, and senior management Who were looking for: HCPC registered Radiographer with significant experience in diagnostic imaging.
