We are looking to recruit an individual to join our team with a specific focus on CAMHS. The purpose of this role is to work collaboratively with a range of people to enhance person-centred cultures and care. We would like to welcome nurses to the team who are aspirational with a desire to innovate. You will contribute to the team’s intention to continually improve person-centred care and promote cultures that enable nursing and midwifery practice to flourish. You must be a nurse on the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council register; and be able to demonstrate a commitment to professional development through post registration learning and education. You will be able to evidence your contribution to enhancing person-centred cultures and effective workplace learning and be able to describe how you use practice development and / or adult learning theories principles and methods to achieve this. Candidates should have extensive mental health nursing experience; you will have excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation and organisational skills. You will be working to a clear set of objectives but will have the support of the wider team.
