The role
Investment Analyst required to join a leading international real estate private equity investment platform based in London with a strong track record across Europe and global markets. Key Responsibilities Support the Investments team throughout the full deal lifecycle, from underwriting through to execution and on-going portfolio/asset management. Gain exposure to a diversified portfolio spanning logistics, residential, office, retail and alternative real estate sectors including data centres and living strategies. Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuations and sensitivity analyses for new and existing investments. Work closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio managers on investment strategy, performance analysis and reporting. Assist with financing, recapitalisation and disposition transactions across a pan-European portfolio. Conduct market research, asset due diligence and travel to inspect investment opportunities across key markets. Background & Qualifications Degree in finance, real estate, economics, business or related field. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years' experience in real estate private equity or real estate investment banking/advisory. Strong analytical, advanced modelling and Excel skills required. Seeking analysts with a genuine passion for real estate investing are advantageous.
