* Emergency Call Handler - (PNC8 Required)
* Location: Loughborough
* Contract: Temporary (3-4 months)
* Start: March
Pay
* £13.90 per hour
* £17.37 per hour (8:00pm-6:00am and Saturday)
* £20.85 per hour (Sunday)
Shift Pattern
* Day 1: Night 10:30pm – 6:30am
* Day 2: Evening 5:30pm – 10:30pm
* Day 3: Afternoon 12:00pm – 5:30pm
* Day 4: Morning 6:30am – 12:30pm
* (Onsite, lone working - parking available)
The Role
Handle emergency and non-emergency calls for a council lifeline and repairs service. Provide calm, professional support, log calls accurately, and follow procedures while working independently.
Essential Requirements
* Must already hold PNC8 clearance and provide proof (employer confirmation or official vetting documentation)
* Call centre or emergency call handling experience
* Comfortable working rotating shifts including nights, evenings, mornings, and weekends
* Confident working alone
