Job Introduction
We're currently recruiting a dedicated Staffing Manager to help ensure the smooth running of operations at CH&CO on a part-time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.

Shift patterns are typically 4 out of 7 days.
About You:
* Possess a positive attitude and friendly approach
* Have at least 2 years of similar experience in a commercial environment
* Proven experience in recruitment and training
* Ability to lead and delegate effectively
* Strong people management skills
* Diplomacy, discretion, and impartiality
* Experience with payroll management and/or budgeting
* Event or catering experience is advantageous
Role Responsibilities:
The Staffing Manager should be commercially aware and manage variable payroll to meet financial targets while supporting operational needs.
The role includes setting direction and driving processes for:
* Recruitment, selection, and retention
* Labour cost management
* Learning and development initiatives
* Event planning
