Gladstones Clinic is a private residential drug and alcohol treatment centre. We provide structured, supportive care to help individuals and families recover and move forward in life.
We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our friendly team. This is a busy and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of things and making sure everything runs smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
* Providing day-to-day admin support to our clinical and management teams
* Managing files and ensuring accurate records are kept (in line with CQC and GDPR standards)
* Handling phone calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional and compassionate way
* Assisting with admissions, discharges, and client paperwork
* Supporting staff rotas, meetings, and office systems
* Managing petty cash, expense logs, and reconciliation
* Processing and monitoring bills, invoices, and payments
* Ordering and monitoring supplies to keep the clinic running smoothly
* Helping with reports, audits, and registers
What we're looking for:
* Previous administration experience (healthcare experience is a bonus but not essential)
* Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
* Great organisational skills and attention to detail
* Friendly, approachable, and confident communicator
* Ability to juggle different tasks and keep calm under pressure
