Account Manager – New Markets (Public Sector Sales)

Home / Field Based | Full-Time | Permanent | Competitive Salary

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for opening new doors and building lasting relationships in the public sector? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager/Account Manager to lead the charge in expanding our client base and driving growth across our full-service offering.

About the Role:

As a key player in our New Markets team, you’ll:

* Lead lead-generation and sales efforts into newly targeted public sector clients.
* Deliver against ambitious new business targets.
* Build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders in asset, maintenance, or construction environments.
* Support the development and execution of our New Market Strategy alongside the Operations Director.
* Collaborate with supply chain partners to unlock new product and business opportunities.

What You Bring:

* Proven success in new business sales and public sector account management.
* Strong understanding of procurement and value-based selling.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for results.
