About Our Client

Job Description

You will:

3. Provide strategic HR advice and support to senior leaders and managers across the organisation.
4. Lead, manage, and develop a small HR team of two direct reports.
5. Drive and support organisational change and development initiatives.
6. Oversee the implementation and successful adoption of a new HR system (HRIS).
7. Develop, review, and embed HR policies and best practices aligned with organisational values.
8. Promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and performance management strategies.
9. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address workforce planning and talent development needs.
10. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and good practice throughout HR activities.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant should exhibit:

11. Proven HR business partnering experience, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
12. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a small team effectively.
13. In-depth knowledge of HR systems and experience leading HRIS implementations.
14. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a collaborative approach.
15. Strong communication and influencing skills to build relationships at all levels.
16. Sound understanding of employment law and compliance requirements.
17. Passionate about the mission and values of the not-for-profit sector.
18. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
