You The key purpose of the post is to be responsible for void property works to ensure units are ready for occupation at sites across Dartford, Woolwich, Romford, Greenwich, Tunbridge Wells & Brentwood. Ensuring void properties are ready for occupation for the Association, including reactive maintenance, decoration, repairs, administration and any ad-hoc tasks as arising.
