Role Title - Retail Sales Merchandiser
Bristol Brislington / Bristol Longwell Green - 4.5 hours per week

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and have a full driving licence.

Shift pattern: 4.5 hours on Friday.

Our Retail Assistants provide face‑to‑face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we provide the following benefits:

You will be based in Bristol Brislington / Bristol Longwell Green and may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for candidates who are available to start as soon as possible.

This is a flexible job that you can work around your other commitments. You can start and finish anytime as long as you complete your full shift during store opening hours.

You will be working alongside a Team Leader, who will provide coaching and ongoing support. Being tech‑savvy is desirable as we use several apps to make working here as smooth as possible.

Job Role

You will need to be customer‑focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise our product according to visual merchandising guidelines
• Set out deliveries of new stock
• Maintain housekeeping standards
• Set up promotional activities
• Work with host management teams to build strong relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales

Please note: the Christmas period is our busiest time and we are unable to authorize leave in December. Please bear this in mind when applying.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer‑facing setting is required; experience with fashion brands is a plus.
• Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with Android 8.1 or later, or iOS 13.4 or later.
