Do you thrive in a fast-paced project environment where structure, governance, and stakeholder engagement are key?Sodexo's Professional Property Services (PPS) team is looking for aPMO / Project Management Office Coordinatorto support the successful delivery of programmes and projects across our facilities and property management portfolio.This is an exciting opportunity to join a team delivering strategic change across asset management, estates, compliance, construction, project delivery, and lifecycle works.As PMO / Project Management Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting programme and project success through strong governance, reporting and project controls.Working closely with Project Managers and senior stake holders, you'll help ensure projects are delivered in line with Sodexo's global Project Management Framework (PMF), maintaining control, visibility and quality throughout the full programme lifecycle.What you'll do:Support project initiation and business case developmentCoordinate programme governance, meetings, reporting, and diary managementMaintain key project control logs including RAID, actions, issues, decisions, and document registersProduce accurate and timely status reports and programme updatesSupport change control processes and project communicationsFacilitate lessons learned, quality reviews, and benefits trackingBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and project teamsIdentify and escalate risks impacting delivery, reputation, compliance, or financeEnsure all mandatory PMF processes are followed and fully evidencedChampion health, safety, and wellbeing culture across the teamWhat you bring:Experience coordinating multiple projects, programmes, or workstreams simultaneouslyStrong knowledge of project controls, risk management, and governanceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailAble to work independently and manage competing prioritiesA proactive self-starter with strong influencing skillsExperience producing professional reports, presentations, and written communicationsProject management accreditation or membership with a recognised body such as APM or RICS is desirable, though not essential.
