Your responsibilities as Commercial Manager
* Leading fee and contract discussions with local authorities
* Building financial models that actually get used
* Turning numbers into clear, persuasive commercial cases
* Working closely with Ops, Finance, and senior leadership
* Spotting risks early and doing something about them
What we're looking for in a Commercial Manager
* Previous experience in pricing, commercial finance, or contract management
* Strong Excel and financial modelling capability
* Experience negotiating contracts within regulated or public sector environments
* Understanding of frameworks, commissioning, or service-based contracts
* Ability to present commercial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders
