* £13.91 per hour
* 33 - 44 hours per week (overtime available)
* Night shifts: 19:00 - 07:00 (alternate weekends)
What You’ll Do
* Deliver outstanding care in line with residents' care plans
* Supervise and support care staff, promoting excellence and teamwork
* Administer medication safely and maintain accurate records
* Monitor residents' wellbeing and liaise with families and healthcare professionals
* Maintain confidentiality, uphold dignity, and ensure a safe environment
Qualifications
* Previous senior care experience (care home experience preferred)
* NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 desirable)
* Confident in leading a team and administering medication
* Compassionate, reliable, and professional
