VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Administrator for a major company that specialises in Gas.
Full-time position - Monday - Friday - 2 days in Ormeau Road office, and 3 days at Home
Initially this role is a 12-month contract

Responsibilities:
1. Managing the administration of internal and external meetings with a high level of stakeholder management.
2. Collating and issuing meeting documentation, taking minutes, and managing follow-up actions.
3. Aiding the Market Development team with code modification administration, including managing dates, booking venues, and updating publications for circulation.
4. Ensuring timely and accurate updates to the website and managing social media engagement.
5. Administering the NI Improvement Register, including arranging meetings and ensuring action progression.
6. Managing internal procedures, version control, and maintaining the competency matrix for critical NI tasks.
7. Overseeing the audit schedule for internal procedures.
8. Providing administrative support for monthly market operations, including billing, user management for IT systems, and contact management.
The Ideal Person:
1. Experience in a similar role.
2. At least 3 years of experience in an administration environment.
3. Proactive, positive approach with excellent attention to detail.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
