Full job description
Financial Services Administrator to a Director and Advisor of a bath based Independent Financial Advisors.
1. Provide efficient administrative support to an Adviser
2. Act as a first point of contact for client and provider queries
3. Prepare suitability reports and client correspondence in line with company guidelines
4. Organise new business and review packs for adviser meetings
5. Process new business paperwork in a timely manner
6. Obtain valuations, research and quotes on financial products such as protection, pensions and investments
7. Process fund switches, payment requests and letter of authorities, chasing for updates or information back, if required
8. Manage client data, ensuring the back office system (xplan) is up to date
9. Keep on top of diary management to support the Advisers daily / weekly workflows
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: GBP28,000.00-GBP35,000.00 per year
