Right now, theyre looking for two talented chefs to join their growing kitchen team:
1. Pastry Chef de Partie (35 days per week)
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone whos passionate about all things pastry from silky custards and fine patisserie to hearty bakes and creative plated desserts.
* 3 days a week you'll work closely with the pastry chef, preparing stock and baked goods for their on-site deli. Youll be trained up to eventually take this on independently.
* 2 days a week youll be in the main kitchen, producing refined, restaurant-quality desserts for a busy bistro service.

Perfect for a strong all-rounder who wants to level up in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen without the stuffy fine dining culture. Youll be managing your own section, contributing to a menu that changes regularly, and working closely with a friendly, experienced team.

* You dont need rosette experience, but you should have confidence, curiosity, and a desire to grow.
* Fresh cooking experience is ideal this is a scratch kitchen using seasonal, quality ingredients.
* Great attitude, solid basics, and someone whos ready to take their skills to the next level.
Salary: £28,000£32,000 depending on experience, plus monthly service charge.
