Role: Senior Executive Administrator | Location: Glasgow | Full‑time, permanent | Salary: £30,000
We are working with a well‑established organisation to recruit a Senior Executive Administrator to join their Glasgow head office. The role involves providing high‑level administrative support across business development, operations, and leadership functions, ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of administrative processes and contributing to the overall efficiency of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Formatting and proofreading documents and correspondence
* Managing diaries and coordinating meetings
* Preparing documentation and maintaining accurate files and records
* Handling client correspondence and communications with third parties
* Audio typing using digital dictation
* Supporting onboarding and maintenance of client accounts
* Assisting with business development activity, including proposals and client communications
* Supporting marketing initiatives and client engagement activity
* Providing executive support to senior leadership, including travel arrangements and scheduling
* Supporting office operations, including reception cover and facilities coordination
Essential Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a senior administrative or secretarial role
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Audio typing experience with good speed and accuracy
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
* Strong communication skills and a professional approach
* Proactive, organised and able to work on own initiative
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
