About the role
At Heritage Healthcare North Tyneside & South Northumberland, we provide expert care at home, supporting people to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.
This is a people-focused role, where you’ll build meaningful relationships and make a real difference every day.
Your role will include:
* Companionship – building trust and meaningful connections
* Personal care – supporting with washing, dressing, and dignity
* Medication management – administering and supporting with medication safely in line with care plans and training
* Daily support – meal preparation and light domestic duties
* Mobility assistance – helping clients stay active and safe
What we’re looking for
* A kind, caring and reliable person
* Someone who genuinely wants to make a difference
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Right to Work in the UK
No previous experience needed – we provide full training and ongoing support.
