The Role
As a Development Chemist Team Leader, you will support the creation and testing of new water quality instrumentation products. Working primarily in the laboratory, you’ll focus on advancing our sensor technologies, fine-tuning their accuracy and functionality to ensure exceptional reliability and performance in real-world conditions. You will plan and execute in-depth testing procedures, evaluate complex data sets, and present clear, evidence-based insights that guide technical improvements and product enhancements. Additionally, you will:
* Procure materials and record stock quantities
* Create risk assessments and follow COSHH regulations
* Manage two reports
* Join the Management Advisory Group
About You
To be considered as a Development Chemist, you will need:
* Laboratory experience
* An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
* A good chemistry degree or equivalent qualification
