This is a key position in the company with direct responsibility for the day-to-day running of our two themed bars. The Bar Manager will need to lead by example, possess first-class attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on exceeding expectations and a supportive nature for operational excellence.

Bars Managers Duties:
* Managing and motivating the team, whilst also liaising with other heads of department to ensure constant excellence throughout
* Menu creation and an innovative flair for creative excellence; including staying ahead of industry trends
* Stock taking and ordering
* Rota planning and scheduling, ensuring that deadlines are met, and overseeing the daily shifts with a hands-on approach, including assigning opening and closing duties and leading by example
* Ensuring that all guests consistently receive prompt, professional attention, and outstanding personal service
* Working with the senior management team in the training and development of new staff
