Commercial Property Manager (Part Time)
Location: Droitwich, Worcestershire

Hours: 22 hours per week (part time); split across 3 or 5 days, with 5 days preferred
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 FTE (DOE)
Bell Cornwall Recruitment is recruiting for a Commercial Property Manager on a part‑time basis for a fast‑growing commercial property company based in Droitwich. The role involves managing commercial properties and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Liaise with tenants daily
* Arrange maintenance work
* Chase contractors to ensure work is carried out within given time frames
* Compliance checks
* Monthly site visits
* Budget management
Qualifications
* MUST have a commercial property background
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience using Re‑Leased is desirable
* Good attitude to work
