I have been instructed on this role and we’re looking for a solicitor who is keen to help grow and develop the professional regulation and discipline department within a well-established firm.
This role focuses on professional regulation and disciplinary matters, acting for professionals facing investigations or proceedings brought by their regulator. The work is detailed and evidence-heavy, often involving complex allegations and tight deadlines, and requires a calm, analytical approach.
You’ll represent clients throughout the process, including out-of-hours attendance where required, and play a key role in guiding them through what can be a stressful and high-stakes time.
What we’re looking for:
Full police station accreditation and Duty Accreditation (essential).
Interest in obtaining higher rights of audience.
Strong ability to analyse large volumes of evidence and work to tight deadlines.
A genuine interest in professional regulation and disciplinary work.This is a department-specific role, offering the chance to build real expertise in professional regulation while working closely with experienced practitioners.
