We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join an expanding business as they experience a period of growth.
This strategic and operational role plays a pivotal part in shaping and implementing their people strategy, ensuring talent practices support their ambitious business growth goals. As a HR Business Partner, you will work alongside a visionary Chief People Officer and be a key member of the team.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the view to turn permanent.
This role offers flexible and hybrid working with a salary range of £45,000 – £50,000.

Responsibilities
Partner with leaders/HOD to understand their people challenges and develop tailored HR ER solutions.
Leverage project management skills to spearhead critical initiatives, including talent overhaul, values and culture transformation initiatives, HRIS implementation, and salary benchmarking.
Develop and champion the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
Analyse workforce data and trends to identify key people priorities and address future workforce needs.
Provide guidance and support to managers and leaders on people practices such as restructures, succession planning, and performance management.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to discuss and address people-related challenges and risks.
Influence and build strong relationships with leaders and employees across all levels of the organisation.
Employ critical thinking skills to question the status quo and get to the root of people and business issues.
Coach and provide constructive feedback to key stakeholders to improve business efficiency and people management practices.
Stay up-to-date on HR legislation and best practices, ensuring our policies and employee contracts comply with all legal requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
CIPD Level 5
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Experience leading and managing complex HR projects.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (a plus).
Passion for HR and a desire to make a strategic impact on the business.
